In our meetings, we get down to what the obstacles around body and food peace are really about and develop skills to support real change, tame your inner critic, create self-care and pleasure practices to honor the life you're craving.
Your societal BS barometer is going to go way up! We talk about how to feel strong and grounded in a culture that spouts constant mixed messages around body, health and intersectionality. When you learn to be present with yourself with non-judgmental curiosity and how to manage the external white noise- real freedom and magic can happen. Hint: It's not about the next diet and it's not about willpower. You and your body are good enough to start NOW.
It's ok if you don't know where to start- that's where I come in. Counseling is a collaborative journey and I am ready to get into this with you! I am licensed to provide counseling to residents of North Carolina and Massachusetts. Sessions can either take place in my office in Asheville or over the phone/Skype.
I charge $125 per session for individual counseling.
Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
I have a few sliding scales spots. Please check with me for availability.
