Food and Body Rebels is an 8-week program in Asheville designed to help women ditch food fear, body shame and live their fullest lives now. Develop an easier relationship to food. Learn to accept and love your body. Start showing up and living the life you're craving.

WHEN AND WHERE:

8 Wednesdays, 6-8pm. New cycles starting January 11th and March 15th!

We meet in my office at 96 Central Ave in Asheville. There is free parking adjacent to the building.
